So World War One ended eighty-eight years ago tomorrow.  Harrison gets paid to study Woodrow Wilson, so naturally his mouth has been a-flutter with facts and figures lately.  Of all of the wet noodles of information he's thrown at me over the past few days, here are the two stickiest ones:

1.)  The town of Perrone during Battle of the Somme (1916).  It has a spot on Wikipedia's most lethal battles in human history.  On the front of the town hall the Germans left a note that said "Don't be angry, just be amazed."

2.)  Kaiser Wilhelm was son of Princess Victoria of the UK.  His grandmother was Queen Victoria.  His Uncle was King Edward VII and cousins were George V and Empress Alexandra (Tsar Nicholas II's wife and Rasputin's in).  Do you know how wild this is?  They, as can be imagined,  did not get along.
